Welcome to the website of Pabco Precision Auto Body ("Pabco," "we," "us," or "our"), a family-owned collision repair shop in Modesto, California. By using www.pabcoautobody.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms.
1. Information on This Site
The Site gives general information about our collision repair, frame straightening, auto paint, and aluminum repair services. We work to keep it accurate, but we don't guarantee that everything is complete or current. Services, hours, and offers may change without notice.
2. Estimates
Estimates, whether given online, by phone, or by photo, are preliminary. Final repair costs may change if hidden damage is found after disassembly, if parts prices or availability change, or if your insurance company requires different repairs. We will contact you for approval before performing work beyond the approved estimate.
3. Insurance Claims
You choose where your vehicle is repaired. We work with all insurance providers, but we are not your insurance company and can't guarantee claim approval, coverage, or payment amounts. You remain responsible for your deductible and any costs your insurer doesn't cover.
4. Lifetime Warranty
Pabco backs its covered repairs with a Lifetime Guarantee for as long as you own or lease your vehicle. The Covered Repair is the repair listed on your final invoice from Pabco Precision Auto Body Inc. and completed by us.
To make a claim, bring your original invoice and your vehicle in so we can assess the covered repair. Any work done on the covered repair before it is assessed voids the guarantee.
We will correct any Covered Repair that fails to meet generally accepted industry standards for finish, durability and functionality at the time of the repair, at no cost to you. The guarantee covers only the Covered Repair.
It does not cover normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, neglect, abuse, a subsequent accident, or an original manufacturer defect. It does not apply if the repair was done by anyone other than Pabco. The guarantee is not transferable and ends if you sell or transfer your vehicle.
The written guarantee you receive with your repair controls if it differs from this page.
5. Contact Forms and Communications
When you submit a form, call, or message us through the Site, you agree to give accurate information and allow us to contact you about your request. We will not sell your personal information. Please see our Privacy Policy for how your information is handled.
