1 . Estimate and Review
Upon arrival to our shop, a staff member will greet you and listen to your needs. They will take down some information. An estimator will then assess the damage on your vehicle and begin the estimate process. After the estimate has been completed the estimator will come to you and explain what steps are needed to repair your vehicle to pre-accident condition. We can contact your insurance company to start the repair process. We work with all insurance companies.
2. Repair and Paint
During the repair process we will be in contact with you about our progress and completion date. Once the initial teardown of the vehicle has been completed we will assess any additional damage that may be found. If your vehicle has been diagnosed as having structural damage it will be sent to our state of the art frame and measuring system. Any structual repair requires precise measuring equipment to ensure exact factory specifications. Not all body shops have frame repair equipment. PABCO ensures that our cusomers will recieve the best in auto body repair. After any frame damage has been completed the vehicle will be sent to one of our highly skilled body repair technicians.
After any structural or body repairs have been done your vehicle will be sent to our specailized paint spray booth. To ensure a professional paint application all body panels and exterior body parts will be removed so nothing is missed. Lastly once all the paint work is done the assembly process will begin while we take the time to go over he vehicle to make sure all repairs and paint has come out exaclty as intended and nothing was overlooked.
3. Detail and Final Review
As the repair process completes, your vehicle will be inspected to make sure the repairs were completed to quality standards. A quality control inspection is done. Giving your vehicle a VIP treatment is just one of the many procedures we go through to make sure you leave happy and satisfied with choosing our shop to repair your vehicle. You will be notified immediately that your vehicle is ready pick up. Once you arrive, one of our staff members will go through the repairs with you.
